The Supreme Court has set February 15, 2016 as the day it would pass judgement on the appeal filed by the Senate President, Bukola Saraki where he is challenging his continued trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.

Saraki had recently lodged an appeal at the Supreme Court, challenging the Appeal Court judgment that ruled in favour of the continuation of his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT over alleged false assets declaration.
