The Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu’s case was again postponed today as Justice, John Tsoho was absent in court.

No reason was given why Judge was absent from the court.

The case has been adjourned to 21 January, amid speculation that another judge might be appointed for the controversial trial.

Tsoho was appointed earlier in January, after the previous judge had abandoned the case.

The members and sympathizers of the leader of IPOB were gathered eagerly waiting to get a glance of the leader but were sadly shocked when it was announced that the court date had been postponed indefinitely.
