Supreme Court Dismisses Bukola Saraki’s Appeal Against CCT

The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed the appeal filed by the President of the Senate, Senator Bukola Saraki to stop his ongoing trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal folr false declaration of assets.

In its judgement, the Apex Court declared that Saraki’s CCT trial is proper and in order.
