Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state has declared Thursday and Friday 17th and 18th of March 2016 Public Holiday. In a radio broadcast, he advised Rivers people to come out en mass to vote for PDP candidates as they would be the only ones to guarantee the continued development of Rivers State. He assured of security and safety.
