Governor Nasir El-Rufai on Thursday met with World Bank officials -Mahtar Diop; VP Africa Region and Country Director Rachid Benmessaoud. The governor also attended the launch of the Bank of Industry Youth Entrepreneurship support programme held in Abuja.
