The wife of the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Patience Jonathan has said a lion cannot beget a goat, and instead a lion begets a lion, and so therefore Lagosians should be ready for PDP Governorship aspirant, Jimi Agbaje as he will defeat the All Progressives Congress candidate come April 11th, 2015 and transform Lagos. He will continue the good works of Jonathan, she explained.

Patience Jonathan made this statement on Tuesday while addressing women and PDP supporters at a women campaign rally held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos.

“A lion cannot beget a goat, a lion begets a lion and Goodluck has delivered Jimi Agbaje. What Jonathan is doing at the federal level, he has told Agbaje to continue in Lagos? ” she said

She also stressed for the need of people to vote her husband explaining that PDP do not tell lies but do as they say;

“Unlike the APC, the members of PDP don’t tell lies, we don’t fabricate stories, we are not propagandist, we talk and do it and that is why the slogan of Goodluck Jonathan and that of the PDP is to do more. Goodluck has done it and he will do it again.”
