A Northern Agenda Will Attempt to Tear Tinubu’s Government, People Are Praying For Him – Primate Ayodele

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, delivered a prophetic message in Lagos, addressing major political figures in Nigeria.

He warned of an impending clash between Vice President Kashim Shettima and National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu, suggesting that the power struggle could ultimately lead to Shettima being unseated by Ribadu.

Ayodele also pointed to a growing Northern agenda, which he claimed is designed to undermine President Bola Tinubu’s government.

He remarked, “There will be this Northern agenda that will attempt to tear Tinubu’s government apart, but know that there are a lot of people praying for Tinubu and he has the key and capacity.”

Shifting focus to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Ayodele claimed that Atiku’s political ambitions have collapsed, blaming it on a longstanding and unresolvable conflict with former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

He stated, “Atiku has failed, his vision has failed… Obasanjo will never forgive Atiku till he dies but Atiku does not know.”

The cleric also questioned the political relevance of former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai and former Kano State Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso, implying that their influence on national politics would be limited.

He commented, “I don’t see what El-Rufai can do, anybody trying to align with him… I don’t see what he’s going to do.”

Speaking on regional politics, Ayodele cautioned politicians in Anambra State against challenging Governor Charles Soludo, predicting that any attempts to do so would be unsuccessful.

He drew a parallel to Ekiti State, noting, “Anybody who comes against Soludo in Anambra State will fail, it’s just like Ekiti State; you will fail if you attempt to come against its governor.”

On Osun State, Ayodele urged Governor Ademola Adeleke to stay alert to schemes intended to weaken his administration. He warned that if the All Progressives Congress (APC) nominates former Governor Gboyega Oyetola in upcoming elections, it could pose a serious threat to Adeleke.

He noted, “Adeleke must wake up because they are plotting against him, but if APC brings out Oyetola that’s his red card.”

Assessing the Labour Party’s chances, Ayodele argued that Peter Obi would find it difficult to win the presidency without forging alliances.

He also questioned why politicians like Bukola Saraki and Goodluck Jonathan appeared reluctant to take decisive political steps, stating, “Why is Saraki afraid? Without a coalition, Obi can’t win. Jonathan is afraid, he doesn’t have the stamina.”
