Nollywood actress, Nse Ikpe-Etim, has revealed what she does to relieves stress.
The actress who revealed her ways of relieving stress in an Instagram post were she highlighted.
She said to ease stress, she drinks water, sleeps, eats and ensures she gets an orgasm or maybe two.
She shared a picture on-board, with the caption, ”This week has been quite hectic and it has taught me that it’s okay to be tired. More importantly, I consciously thought about ways to de-stress; so here are some of my fav.
