A former Governor of Kaduna State and former Caretaker Committee Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Ahmed Makarfi, has declared his intention to run for president in 2019.
Makarfi made his intentions known at a press briefing on Sunday in Kaduna State.
