President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, has congratulated former Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon, on his 91st birthday, describing him as a symbol of unity and national reconciliation.
In a statement issued in Abuja on Monday, Akpabio praised Gowonâs enduring contribution to Nigeriaâs peace and cohesion, noting that his âNo Victor, No Vanquishedâ policy after the civil war remains one of the strongest pillars of national healing.
