Sani Dangote, the younger and only brother of Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote has died.

Okay.ng gathered that Sani, who was the Vice President of Dangote Group, passed away on Sunday in the United States after a protracted illness.

Details of his death are sketchy but he was said to have died at a US hospital.

However, the management of Dangoye Group confirmed Sani’s demise in a tease statement on Sunday.

The statement read: “INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHI RAJIUN! It is with a heavy heart but with total submission to Almighty Allah that we announce the passing on of our Group Vice President, Alhaji Sani Dangote today 14th November, 2021.

“May Allah SWT Grant him mercy and Admit him in Aljannat-al-Firdaus “!
