Another audio clip has leaked of Rotimi Amaechi, Nigeria’s Minister of Transportation.

In the first audio which leaked some days ago, Amaechi was heard allegedly criticising the President for his I don’t care attitude towards issues.

In the another audio, The former governor was heard saying that “Lagos is a Glorified Village” as he laments about the poor amenities in the state.

Now, The minister was heard saying “Nigerians [are] cowards,” he said in the eight-second-long video. “The reason why Nigerians behave the way they behave is that there is no enforcement.”

The context in which Amaechi made the comment is, however, still unclear.
