Justice Chuka Obiozor, Judge of the Federal high court in Lagos, has disqualified himself from the trial of Paul Usoro, the president of Nigeria Bar Association.

Justice Chuka Obiozor said during the resumption of the the trial on Thursday that, “For personal reasons I hereby disqualify myself from handling the case. I hereby return this filed back to the chief judge of Federal high court for reassignment.”

Okay Nigeria recalls that the president of Nigeria Bar Association is being arraigned for criminal charge filed by the EFCC.
