The Court of Appeal in Ibadan, Oyo State has affirmed the election victory of Dapo Abiodun as governor of Ogun State.
Justice Muhammed Ambi-Usi Danjuma of the appellant court ruling on Monday dismissed the petition filed by the governorship candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) in the state, Adekunle Akinlade.
The court delivering the judgment said the appeal filed on 10 grounds lacks merit.
