The appeal court has fixed Friday, May 10th, 2019, to give verdict on the appeal filed by Walter Onnoghen, former Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).

Sa’adatu Musa Kachalla, spokesperson of the court, disclosed this in a short statement to Okay Nigeria on Thursday.

The statement read:

“Notice is hereby given. That The Appeal filed by Hon. Justice Walter Onnoghen is ripe for judgement, tomorrow morning in Abuja Division. Thank you for your usual cooperation.”

Okay Nigeria recalls that the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) delivered a judgement banning Onnoghen from office for 10 years for false assets declaration.
