Appeal court fixes May 9 to give ruling on Osun governorship election

A court of appeal sitting in Abuja has fixed May 9 to give ruling on Osun state governorship election.

The court in a hearing notices on Wednesday stated that it will hear the appeal filed by Gboyega Oyetola, governor of the state, against Ademola Adeleke, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) by 9pm Thursday.
