The Court of Appeal in Kaduna State has sacked Alhassan Doguwa as member representing Tudunwada/Doguwa Federal constituency in Kano State.
Okay.ng understands that that appellant court in a unanimous judgement on Monday voided the whole election in the constituency Doguwa heads.
The court ordered a fresh election in Tudunwada/Doguwa Federal constituency.
