Former President, Goodluck Jonathan, says he would speak out at the appropriate time, regarding the alleged diversion of funds meant for the procurement of arms by his administration.

The former National Security Adviser of the last administration, Sambo Dasuki, is at the center of the ongoing investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, into the matter.

Dasuki, who is accused of disbursing billions to PDP chieftains and loyalists, maintains that all the transactions he carried out, were authorised by Jonathan.

While being honoured by the Circle of Diplomats in Geneva, Switzerland on Wednesday, Jonathan said the time is not ripe to weigh-in on the scandal.
