Arsenal booked their place in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League after a commanding 2-0 victory over Bayer Leverkusen at the Emirates Stadium, sealing a 3-1 aggregate win.

Okay News reports that Eberechi Eze opened the scoring in the first half with a brilliant long-range strike, before Declan Rice added a second after the break with another impressive finish to secure the win for the hosts.

Arsenal dominated proceedings throughout the encounter, creating multiple chances while maintaining a solid defensive display that denied Leverkusen any real attacking momentum.

The victory ensures progression for the Gunners, who will now face Sporting CP in the quarter-finals as they continue their pursuit of European silverware.
