The Nigerian Police on Monday arraigned Senator Elisha Abbo representing Adamawa North at a Magistrate Court in Zuba, Abuja.

Okay.ng gathered that Abbo is expected to be arraigned on a one-count charge of assault today.

Recall that the Nigeria’s youngest Senator, was caught on CCTV assaulting a woman at a sex toy shop in Abuja.

However, he apologised to Nigerians and begged the woman to forgive him for his actions.

According to Punch, Commissioner of Police, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command, Bala Ciroma, confirmed that Abbo had been taken to the court.

In his words: “They (police officers) have taken him to the Zuba Magistrate court for arraignment. They are on their way now.”
