Renowned Afrobeat artist, Seun Kuti, has reacted to the recent arrest order issued by the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba.
Okay.ng reported that the IGP directed the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command to arrest Seun Kuti in response to a viral video showing Kuti allegedly assaulting a police operative in uniform.
In a statement shared via his Instastory on Saturday night, Kuti expressed his willingness to cooperate with the investigation.
He wrote, “I welcome the investigation and will give my full cooperation! I also pray to the IG that whoever is wrong should be indicted.”
