Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has condoled with the government, the family and the people of Katsina State over the death of Senator Kanti Bello.

His condolence message was released by his media office in Abuja.

Atiku, who is a stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC), said the death of Bello was a great loss to Nigeria’s democratic struggle.

He stated that the role the deceased played in bringing democracy into being cannot be forgotten in hurry.
