Atiku Sends Message to Super Eagles, Urges Them To Make Nigeria Proud

Former Vice president Atiku Abubakar has charged the Super Eagles of Nigeria to make the country proud as they get set to take part in the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

The Super Eagles team departed for Russia on Monday in white and green traditional attire.

In a post on his Twitter page, Atiku stated that millions of Nigerians were behind the Eagles, as he prayed for their success.

He wrote: “My dear Super Eagles, as you depart for the World Cup in Russia, be assured of the prayers and support of millions of Nigerians as you seek to do us proud.”
