Balogun-Fulani-of-Ilorin-Alhaji-Mahmud-Durosinlohun-Atiku

Alhaji Mahmud Durosinlorun Atiku, the Balogun Fulani of Ilorin and most senior of the four high chiefs of the Ilorin emirate is dead, aged 76.

He died in the early hours of on Tuesday and has since buried.

He ascended the throne of his forefathers in September 2005 as the eleventh Balogun Fulani of Ilorin. He is survived by wives , children and grandchildren .

The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari led other traditional chiefs in the emirate to witness the burial while the prayer was led by the Chief Imam of Ilorin , Alhaji Mohammed
