Hermes Iyele, former contestant of the popular reality show Big Brother Naija, has announced the passing of his mother, Isioma Ohebian Iyele.
The reality star shared the heartbreaking news on his Instagram page on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, revealing that she died on November 5.
In an emotional post, Hermes shared a picture of his late mother and expressed the profound sadness he feels over the loss.
He also reached out to fans and well-wishers, requesting prayers and financial support to help with funeral arrangements.
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I would like to make public the passing of my beloved mum, ISIOMA PHEBIAN IYELE, on the 5th of November 2024,” he wrote.
“I am doing this so I can properly start my grief and also because I currently lack the strength or capacity (mentally and finance-wise) to handle this situation. Pls pray for my siblings and I. Pls support us in all the ways you can.”
