Ex-Big Brother Naija reality star Doyinsola David, widely known as Doyin, has ignited a heated debate with her recent comments on marriage and domestic responsibilities.

During an episode of her podcast ‘Doyin’s Corner,’ which went viral on Monday, Doyin candidly shared her views on the role of domestic workers in her ideal marriage.

The reality star stated unequivocally that she would not marry a man who cannot afford to hire domestic workers.

Doyin emphasized her stance on the necessity of employing a cook and a cleaner, as she has no intention of handling household chores herself.

“I hope that I would have a cook when I get married. Not even hope, I would have a cook when I get married, definitely,” she asserted.

“I will have somebody that will cook and clean. I’m not going to marry a man that cannot afford a cook because I’m going to be working. There’s no way I’m going to come back from work to cook and clean. That’s not going to happen.”
