Afrobeats sensation, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has expressed sheer joy at being a father of twins, describing it as the “best feeling ever.”
In a recent interview with BET, the DMW boss opened up about his newfound role, revealing his delight in parenting twins alongside his wife.
Addressing the initial concerns raised by some about the challenges of raising twins, Davido shared that contrary to expectations, his experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
He disclosed that his twins have been a source of immense joy and blessings, defying any preconceived notions about the difficulty of caring for twins.
Recalling the early days after the twins’ arrival, Davido reminisced about the flurry of phone calls he received, with people expressing apprehensions about the task ahead.
However, he expressed gratitude for the smooth journey of parenting, emphasizing that his twins are not only blessed but also remarkably calm.
Contrary to the stereotype of twins being demanding, Davido shared that his twins rarely cry, making the experience even more enjoyable.
He marveled at how rapidly they are growing and expressed gratitude for the blessing they bring into his life.
In his words, “I remember when they came, everybody was calling like, ‘They have twins, blah, blah, blah. It’s gonna be hard.’ But, my twins are blessed. They don’t even cry. They’re just calm and they’re just growing so fast. It’s just a blessing. Thank God for everything really.”
