The minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, yesterday, said that members of the Boko Haram sect are not Nigerians but a group of mad people who are neither Christians nor Muslims.

The minister, who stated this at a one day seminar on: “Do The Right Thing: close the security gaps,” organised by the National Orientation Agency (NOA), in Abuja, said that no true Nigerian will have the mind to inflict the kind of damage on the country as the Boko Haram had done.

He also said that the Boko Haram members are not Muslims, neither are they Christians, but mad people.
