The Nigeria Police anti-bomb squad on Thursday morning cordoned off all access roads to Jabi bridge after a suspicious parcel was found under the bridge. New Telegraph learnt that the parcel was suspected to be an Improvised Explosive Device. The location is not far from Shoprite mall.
