Words out is that the Abuja Court of Appeal has this morning granted a stay of execution order over the arrest warrant of embattled Senate President Bukola Saraki.
The warrant was issued on Friday by the code of conduct tribunal, after the Senate President refused to honour its summons. According to Saraki his refusal was because he has already filed a motion in an Abuja high court on the issue of his alleged false declaration of assets.
