Musa Umar, a District Head of Daura in Katsina State was kidnapped by unknown gunmen on Wednesday evening.

Okay Nigeria learnt that the kidnappers arrived in his Daura residence at 7: 00 p.m and engaged in sparodic shooting, there by making people of the area to scamper for safety.

A witness in Daura told Okay Nigeria that Malam Abba Mato, the Daura council Chairman and hundreds of symphasizsers are at the residence of the district head, talking about the incident.

The kidnappers stormed the district head’s residence in a Peugeot 406 saloon car.
