In the spirit of Ramadan, BUA Estate, a subsidiary of BUA Group, hosted a memorable Iftar celebration over the weekend, bringing together more than 200 residents for an evening of prayers, spiritual reflection, and communal bonding.

The event, which took place at the Estate’s mosque in Kado, FCT, Abuja, featured prayers, spiritual lectures, supplications, and the breaking of fast, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere for residents to connect and strengthen their sense of community.

“An Opportunity to Bond with Neighbours” – GM, Hadiza Rabiu

Speaking at the event, Hadiza Rabiu, General Manager of BUA Estate, emphasized the importance of fostering community ties during the Holy month of Ramadan.

“We are thrilled to have hosted such a successful event. Ramadan is a time for reflection, gratitude, and community. It was an opportunity for residents to socialize and bond with their neighbours,” she said.

Rabiu highlighted that the Iftar celebration was part of the Estate’s broader commitment to supporting residents in their spiritual journey and promoting unity within the community.

Residents Applaud Thoughtful Gesture by BUA Estate

The Iftar celebration was widely praised by attendees, who expressed their gratitude to BUA Estate management for the thoughtful planning and execution of the event.

Aisha Sulieman, a resident of the prestigious estate, remarked on the warmth and sense of belonging the event fostered:

“Seeing so many familiar faces and feeling a sense of community and belonging was wonderful. We were indeed grateful to the Estate’s management for hosting such a memorable event,” she said.

Another resident, Adamu Aliu, shared his admiration for the gathering’s scale and significance:

“I wasn’t expecting that level of grand Iftar, but I was quite impressed. It was a wonderful program that brought families together with enough to eat and drink. I would like to express my gratitude to the company and their staff for the kind gesture.”

The Iftar celebration is one of several community-focused initiatives that the BUA Estate management team organizes annually to promote unity and celebrate shared values and traditions among residents.
