Buhari extends tenure of Mohammed Adamu as Police IG

President Muhammadu Buhari has extended the tenure of Mohammed Adamu as the Inspector General of Police (IGP) for three months

This was disclosed by Minister of Police Affairs, Maigari Dingyadi, while speaking to journalists on Thursday.

According to Dingyadi, the extension was necessary to give the President more time to select a new IGP.
