Buhari Must Be Bold Enough to Probe Obasanjo Too – Fayose

Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari must be bold enough to probe former President Olusegun Obasanjo too because all former presidents spent their security votes in similar fashion.

Fayose who blatantly accused the President of being selective in the fight against corruption said “I support the fight against corruption but it has to be total. Buhari must be bold enough to probe how ex-presidents Obasanjo, Babangida and others spent their security votes.

“All the Presidents that had come in Nigeria spent their security votes in the same pattern. So, Buhari must open the book and come out with facts.”

President Muhammadu Buhari is known for his anti-corruption stance, upon his inauguration, he vowed to probe all past administrations but not long after, he said his administration will restrict the probe to only former President Goodluck Jonathan administration.
