President Muhammadu Buhari has on Saturday praised the Super Eagles of Nigeria for beating Cameroon to qualify for quarter finals in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
Buhari, in a statement signed by his spokesman, Femi Adesina, “recognises the hardwork, team spirit and sportsmanship the boys exhibited in the tournament, which are good signs for a team destined to excel.
He also advised the team and their handlers to remain focused and determined, assuring them of the fervent prayers and support of all Nigerians.
