Buhari signs revised 2020 budget into law

President Muhammadu Buhari has signed into law the revised 2020 budget.

Tolu Ogunlesi, the Special Assistant to President on Digital and New Media, made this announcement via Twitter.

According to Ogunlesi, Buhari signed the revised budget into law at 11:04am on Friday, today.

Okay.ng recalls that the National Assembly in June passed the budget which was revised as part of an effort by the government in the country, which has Africa’s largest economy, to tackle the new coronavirus pandemic and low oil prices.
