The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has found Justice Walter Onnoghen guilty for false asset declaration.
Following the verdict, Onnoghen has been removed as the Chief justice of Nigeria and chairman of the NJC.
Okay Nigeria understands that Onnoghen has also been banned from office for 10 years and the money in his five accounts confiscated.
