Chief Justice of Nigeria, Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad resigns

Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad has resigned as Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).

Okay.ng gathered that the CJN stepped down from his position on health grounds.

Olukayode Ariwoola, the next highest-ranking Justice of the Supreme Court, is set to take over as acting Chief Justice of Nigeria.
