Christian Eriksen will cost Real Madrid £130million – Daniel Levy

By Promise Amadi

Daniel Levy, Chairman of Tottenham Hotspur has stated that Real Madrid will spend a whopping sum of £130million if they want to sign Christian Eriksen.

Eriksen’s contract with Tottenham will expire by the year 2020 and Levy aims to make 10 times the amount Spurs paid Ajax for him in 2013.

Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane see the Danish midfielder as the ideal replacement for Luka Modric.

However, Spurs aims to keep Eriksen since Mauricio Pochettino’s future at the club looks more secured with Real Madrid reappointing Zinedine Zidane and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer getting Manchester United job.

Eriksen joined Tottenham Hotspur from Ajax for £12.5million in summer 2013.
