Design and Display

Looking at the design, this affordable 2-in-1 can’t be said to easily give away its price. Chuwi Hi13 flaunts an all-metal, unibody chassis made through CNC process. You can transform it into a laptop using a detachable rotary keyboard accessory. The build is solid. But it could be lighter at 2 kg (with the keyboard) – this isn’t too heavy, though.

The Chuwi Hi13 rocks a 13.5-inch diagonal display with an amazing resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels. This shows it is meant to rival Microsoft’s premium Surface Book. According to its maker, the touchscreen offers 100% sRGB colour gamut. It supports Chuwi’s own HiPen H3 stylus.

Power and Performance

The Chuwi Hi13 will not be able to offer the quality of performance the Surface Book can. Difference between the two, in terms of price, is quite wide, so this isn’t surprising really. Chuwi Hi13 comes with a quad-core Intel Celeron N3450 of the Apollo Lake family. The CPU runs at speeds up to 2.2 GHz in burst mode. The choice of processor made its fan-less design possible.

You get respectable RAM of 4GB capacity to boost responsiveness. For graphics, the Chuwi H13 offers 9th-gen Intel HD Graphics 500 for improved gaming experience, compared to an 8th-gen GPU. You get a 37Wh battery in the unit, offering up to eight hours of runtime. Charging is made easy and quicker with a 24W charger.

Other Specifications and Features

The Chuwi Hi13 boots Windows 10 operating system which enhances productivity, especially when using in laptop mode. Onboard storage is only 64 GB, so the microSD card slot will need to be put to use for expansion. Unlike some of its rivals, it adds a USB Type-C port for data and charging. The port can also be used for video and audio transmission. There is a micro-HDMI port onboard as well.

Pricing and availability

Chuwi Hi13 is not available in Nigeria officially, though you can buy it from some online stores in Nigeria like Jumia. You can also buy the tablet from international retailers like Gearbest, Click Here.

We do not have official price for Nigeria, Ghana, or Kenya. You can buy the Windows tablet at leading online stores in the countries. Chuwi Hi13 Price in Nigeria is expected to range from 129,000 Naira to 155,000 Naira depending on the model.
