An Abuja High Court has dismissed a suit filed by the founder of DAAR Communications, Raymond Dokpesi, against the Advanced Peoples Democratic Alliance (APDA).

Justice Halilu Yusuf on Thursday threw out the suit against the party under the leadership of Shitu Mohammed.

In a statement on Wednesday, APDA had urged Dokpesi to prove that he is founder and financier of the party.

APDA had also challenged the media mogul to name the PDP governors and the federal government agency, which he claimed were other financiers of it.
