The Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday fixed November 6 for hearing of bail application filed by the former chairman of defunct Pension Reform Task Team, Abdulrasheed Maina.
Okay.ng observed that Justice Okon Abang ruled after taking the arguments of the prosecution and defence counsel.
Maina is standing trial on a 12-count charge bordering on “money laundering, operating fictitious bank accounts and fraud.”
