Justice Folashade Giwa-Ogunbanjo of the Federal High Court Abuja, on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, ordered the temporary forfeiture of 23 properties linked to a former Chairman of Pension Reform Task Team (PRTT), Abdulrasheed Maina.

Okay.ng reports that the court gave the order in a ruling on an ex-parte motion filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Justice Ogunbanjo then granted the prayers of the EFCC and also ordered the anti-graft agency to return to the court on November 19, for the mentioning of the case.

Underneath is the list of 23 properties in Abuja, Kaduna, Borno, and Sokoto to be temporarily forfeited:
