Court Strikes Out Buhari’s Suit Against AIT

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has struck out a defamation suit instituted by President Muhammadu Buhari against DAAR Communications, owner of the African Independent Television, AIT.

The defamation suit, which was filed last year, was struck out by Justice John Tsoho on Wednesday.
