Governor Aminu Bello Masari has announced the continuation of lockdown which was imposed in Katsina and Daura LGAs.
The governor made this announcement during a press conference held on Tuesday.
According to Masari, the lockdown which is to curb the spread of COVID-19 takes effect from 7 am on Wednesday, May 27.
He also disclosed that inter-local government restriction of movement is still in place.
It can be recalled that the lockdown earlier placed on this LGAs was lifted for the celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr
