Ronaldo celebrated this historic achievement with a heartfelt post on his Instagram account on Thursday night, September 12, 2024.

In his message, the 39-year-old football icon emphasized that this feat transcends mere numbers, reflecting the shared passion, drive, and love that have fueled his career and connected him with millions of fans around the world.

“We’ve made history — 1 BILLION followers! This is more than just a number – it’s a testament to our shared passion, drive, and love for the game and beyond,” Ronaldo wrote.
