ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia — Dangote Group has been named the Most Admired African Brand at the 16th edition of the Brand Africa 100: Africa’s Best Brands rankings unveiled in Ethiopia.
Okay News reports that the company described the recognition as more than an acknowledgment of brand value, saying it reflects the impact of long-term investments, industrial development, and the growth of African-owned institutions capable of driving economic transformation across the continent.
Dangote Group said its operations remain focused on expanding key industries, including cement, fertiliser, petrochemicals, refining, logistics, and infrastructure, sectors it believes are critical to Africa’s economic growth and future prosperity.
The company noted that the award reinforces its commitment to building industrial capacity and supporting sustainable development across Africa through large-scale investments and strategic projects.
Dangote Group also expressed appreciation to its customers, employees, business partners, and stakeholders across the continent for their continued support and confidence in the organisation.
