Nigerian music artist David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has hinted at the possibility of retiring from music after his next project.

Davido dropped the bombshell on Thursday night while responding to recent doctored images and videos circulated by certain blogs aimed at tarnishing his image.

Amidst his ongoing online feud with fellow artist Ayodeji Balogun, aka Wizkid, Davido expressed frustration at the efforts of some individuals to force him out of the music industry.

“Yall niggas want me out the game that bad ?? Oya after next album I no do again. So una fit get peace,” he candidly shared on his X handle.

In a recent interview, Davido lamented the lack of peace of mind experienced by many of his colleagues in the music industry since he entered the scene.

On Wednesday, the multi-award-winning artist released the music video for “Kante,” featuring the talented singer Fave, from his acclaimed “Timeless” album.

Davido also announced that the visuals would mark the conclusion of the “Timeless” era, signaling a potential shift in his musical career trajectory.
