Nigerian music star, Davido, has officially announced his fifth studio album, titled ‘5ive,’ set to drop on March 14, 2025.
The four-time Grammy nominee shared the news with his fans on December 5, 2024, through his social media platforms, describing the project as a deeply personal body of work that reflects his journey, truth, and growth.
In anticipation of the album, Davido also revealed a new single, ‘Funds,’ featuring Chike and OdumoduBlvck, which will be released at midnight on November 6, 2024.
Taking to Instagram, the award-winning artist expressed his excitement about the upcoming projects and his gratitude to fans. He wrote:

‘Funds’ is the second single off the forthcoming album, following the release of ‘Awuke,’ a track featuring YG Marley.
