The pressure on DB records boss, D’banj is dwindling as the court case between him and Mindhub Technologies bearing suit number: LD/ADR/445/14 scheduled to commence hearing on Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Multi-door Courthouse in Obalende, Lagos, has been adjourned indefinitely.

The chief reason for the postponement of the case is because there is an on-going strike by the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) which is over 3 weeks old now. The on-going strike by judicial workers necessitated the adjournment of the case as the strike has paralysed activities and court rooms remain closed. A new date will be announced once judicial workers call off the strike.

Hopefully before the court comes up with a new date, the Kokomaster would have settled the pressing issue amicably with the company.
